When a loyal police dog and his human cop owner are injured on the job, a brain-sparing but life-saving surgery unites them, and Dogman is born. Dogman is sworn to protect and serve—and he brings it, sits down, and rolls over. As Dogman embraces his new identity and strives to impress his boss (Lil Rel Howery, Get Out, Free Guy), he must stop the evil schemes of feline supervillain Petey the Cat (Pete Davidson; Saturday Night Live, King of Staten Island). Petey’s latest plan is to clone himself, creating Lil Petey the Cat to double his criminal prowess. Things get complicated, however, when Lil Petey forms an unexpected bond with Dogman. When Lil Petey is captured by a common enemy, Dogman and Petey reluctantly join forces in an action-packed race against time to save the young kitten. In the process, they discover the power of family (and kittens!) that can bring even the most hostile enemies together.
