Story

Set 183 years before the events of the original trilogy, “The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim” follows the fate of the House of Helm Hammerhand, the legendary King of Rohan. A sudden attack by the Wolf, a cunning and ruthless Dunlending lord seeking revenge for his father’s death, forces Helm and his people to make a brave last stand at the ancient fortress of Hornburg – which would later become known as Helm’s Deep. In an increasingly desperate situation, Helm’s daughter Hera must summon the will to lead the resistance against a deadly enemy intent on their total destruction.
